The game
CurseLink is a free-to-play game. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Your account
The game creates a guest account for online features. You may secure it with SAVE WITH GOOGLE. Keep your phone and Google account safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Privacy & Legal → Delete Account & Data) or on curselink.pages.dev/delete.
Fair play
Do not cheat, modify the app or its traffic, exploit bugs, automate play, or harass other players. Names must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may reset progress gained unfairly, rename players, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Virtual items and purchases
Curse Coins, Curse Shards, orbs, items and other in-game content are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Curse Shards are bought through Google Play; Google Play's terms and refund policy apply to the payment. A purchase that is refunded or charged back may be removed from your account. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to the game
The game is under active development. We may change, balance, add or remove content and features, and we may end the online service with reasonable notice inside the game.
Liability
We provide the game with care but cannot guarantee it is always available or free of errors. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Law
German law applies, without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
